Terms of use

The terms of use (the "Terms") apply to your access and use of the offline/online learning service (the "Service") provided by Doubtbox Edutainment (P) Ltd. ("doubtbox", "we", "our" or "us").
The services of this subscription are available only to the registered users on single user basis, on making the stipulated payment and abiding by the applicable terms and conditions. The said services are personal in nature and cannot be assigned or transferred to or shared with any other person other than the registered users.
By using this service you agree to the following terms and conditions (this "Agreement"):

Availability
Our services are available to minors only upon the consent of parents or guardians. User should always supervise User's children's use of the Internet.

No Liability
User agrees not to hold doubtbox, doubtbox’s agents and employees, officers, directors, or participants in doubtbox’s affiliate Service ("Affiliates") liable for any advice or services delivered which originated through the Gadget. User releases doubtbox, doubtbox’s agents, officers, directors, and employees and Affiliates from claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

User Information
User agrees that all information supplied by User or any other person of User's household is true and accurate.
Modification of the Terms of this Agreement
Doubtbox reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement from time to time. Doubtbox shall provide notice to User of any substantive and/or material changes to this Agreement or any policies posted on the Gadget.

Ownership
The content and all the constituents of the Gadget and its products are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Gadget or products is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Gadget or products.

Limited License
Doubtbox grants User a nonexclusive, revocable right to use the Gadget provided that User does not (i) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, (ii) modify or attempt to modify the Gadget in any manner or form.
User account, password and security
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and account number provided by doubtbox for accessing the Gadget, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under User's password or account.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will doubtbox or its affiliates be liable to User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from any provision of this Agreement. Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by facsimile, postpaid registered or certified mail return receipt
requested, or electronic mail.

Friendship Campaign - Terms and Conditions:

The campaign will be valid from August 1st till August 31st 2022.
All existing Doubtbox Students can participate in this campaign.
To participate in the campaign, the Doubtbox student has to refer one or more of their friends. Doubtbox team would contact their friends and explain the various learning modules available for enrolment.
The referred student will be able to enrol for any of the learning packages being offered by Doubtbox.
To be regarded as an eligible referral, the referred student has to enrol and pay at least for monthly subscription packages of Rs 1000 and above. The enrolment can be for one or more subjects. The pricing for the packages will be at the prevailing rates and will vary from class to class, subject to subject.
The eligibility criteria is for the number of referred students enrolled and not the number of subjects enrolled per student.

Once paid and enrolled, the referred student will automatically become eligible to participate in the campaign. He/she can also stand to win the rewards by referring and encouraging their friends to enrol for the classes.
The packages enrolled during the campaign period will come with a no refund policy.
Post the end of the campaign, the eligible Doubtbox students will be rewarded with the Gift cards within the first of September 2022.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other discount offer currently running with Doubtbox.
The product & services offered by Doubtbox Edutainment Pvt Ltd are governed by the terms of use prescribed by Doubtbox & as amended from time to time.
Doubtbox reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer, anytime at the sole discretion of the Management. The terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change without any prior notice. Disputes are subject to Trivandrum jurisdiction.

Teacher Referral Campaign : Terms and Conditions :

The campaign will be valid from September 1st till September 30th 2022
All Existing Doubtbox Tutors can participate in the campaign.
To Participate in the campaign, Tutor has to refer Students. The Doubtbox team would contact students referred and explain the various learning modules available for enrolment.
The referred student can enroll to any of the learning packages being offered by Doubtbox .
For each referral, the tutor receives Rs 500 per student as reward.

To be eligible for reward, the Students enrolled should make payment for at least a month and the reward will be disbursed in the first week of October 2022
